2^nd:   Go to Google Adwords KeyTool it is free & enter your phrases

3^rd:   Check the results use "exact" mode, & focus only on monthly global search.)

4^th:   If the results for your phrase show some keyword competition the little green "bars" are present & your results are over 1,000 in exact monthly global search, go to Google.

5^th:   Check the phrase, in quotes, in their search box. If your results in Google Search still fit the under-150,000 criteria, you have got a winner!

The lower the number in Google, the better but it should still have a good number of searches.

The higher in Adwords, the better but there is a point where Adwords competition is too strong.
